Who I work with

For individuals and couples, just as you are.

I work with adults, one to one and as couples. Below is some of what people bring. You do not need to have it all figured out to begin.

01 Individuals

One-to-one work

A space to slow down, get clear on what you want, and move toward it with more steadiness and self-trust.

Crossroads and transitionsA career move, a relationship shift, a new chapter, or simply what next.
Feeling stuckSensing you are capable of more, but not quite moving.
The inner criticThe harsh, perfectionistic voice that is never quite satisfied with you.
Overwhelm and overloadToo much on your plate, and running on autopilot.
Focus and follow-throughTurning good intentions into steady, doable action and habits.
Purpose and meaningWhat matters to you, and how to build a life that reflects it.
02 Couples

Relationship work

For partners who want to feel closer, understand each other better, and grow in the same direction.

Communicating betterBeing heard, and truly hearing each other.
ReconnectingFinding your way back to warmth and closeness.
Recurring patternsStepping out of the loop where one pushes and the other pulls away.
Navigating change togetherA move, careers, kids, or a shared crossroads.
Shared goals and valuesGetting aligned on what you are building together.
Growing togetherBecoming better partners, on purpose.
A whole-person view

The whole of you, not just the goal

The goals above are rarely just a matter of willpower or better habits. Who you are today is shaped by your whole story: your family and upbringing, your education and the paths that were open to you, your culture, race, and class, and the personality and emotional patterns you have carried for years. Drawing on my background in psychology, I bring all of that into the room. Not to dwell in the past or treat it as something to fix, but to understand how it lives in your present, so you can see your patterns clearly and move forward with more freedom and choice.

Working alongside therapy

Not therapy, and not in competition with it

This work is not therapy, and it does not compete with it. Even if you are already seeing a therapist, the work we do together can sit right alongside it. Where therapy tends to focus on healing and understanding what has shaped you, the work here looks forward: getting clear on what you want, turning what you are learning into action, and building steady momentum toward it. The two often strengthen each other, and if you are seeing a therapist, I am glad to work in a way that respects and supports that.

Not sure if this is a fit?

That is a normal place to start. The best way to find out is a short first conversation. And if what you need is therapy rather than coaching, I will gladly help point you in the right direction.
